Eagle Sunset is a tranquil and inviting one-bedroom lake house situated on the shores of Lake Talquin. Well-known for its excellent fishing and ideal for families or nature enthusiasts, the home features stunning sunset views over Meeting Cove, a spacious kitchen, a two-level deck, and an expansive backyard. Guests can enjoy activities such as fishing, bird watching, hunting, as well as trail biking and hiking in the nearby Apalachicola Forest and Lake Talquin State Forest. The house offers extra sleeping space within an open layout, and among its many amenities is the option to rent a pontoon boat. The fully stocked kitchen includes an oven, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker (with supplies). Plenty of cookware and limited pantry items are also included. A large private deck with gas grill provides a serene spot overlooking the lake, perfect for preparing your day's catch or simply taking in the spectacular sunsets. The dock comes equipped with a boat slip, cleaning station, electricity, and a fishing pier, A pontoon boat is available for rent. You can conveniently launch your boat at Blount Landing Located within walking distance of the house. Whippoorwill Sportsman’s Lodge and Ingram’s Marina, are a short drive away, where you will find gas, bait, and fishing licenses. Ingram’s also sponsors numerous North Florida bass tournaments. Amazingly relaxing. Saw eagles ospreys three types of woodpecker and that was just sitting in the swing on the deck. Beautiful lake views and wonderful neighbors. Just be advised Walmart and Publix are 20 miles away. The local store (crows corner) provided delicious breakfast platters hot coffee ,fountain drinks & bait and tackle. House was wonderful and we will be back!!

Great place! Clean house, well equipped kitchen. Dock and boat were great as well. Quiet neighborhood and the owner was awesome. Highly recommend.
