Your home away from home in Englewood with 4 bedrooms. This adorable 3000 sq ft. house features 2 king beds, a queen bunk bed with a full bed on top and two sofa twin beds, perfect for families or groups. Guests enjoy 3 bathrooms equipped with both a bathtub and showers, making mornings and evenings easy. The space stays comfortable year-round with air conditioning and heating. A spacious lanai, overlooks Lake Emily, where you can have your morning coffee enjoying nature,. The backyard is fenced in, to keep the littles away from the lake. A two car garage with extended driveway is great when you have guests.
And it resides in the HOA community of Palm
Lakes at CoCo Bay, which is a short drive to community pool, fitness center, pickleball courts and a tot lot. This is within a gated community and rentals have to be minimum 30 days.
It’s 6 miles to Englewood Beach, which is a 10 minute drive. Great restaurants are nearby and good shopping awaits you on Dearborn Street in downtown Englewood, which is old Florida charm at its best! There is lots to do nearby, golfing, going to Ann & Chuck Dever Regional Park, Myakka State Park, Boca Grande, Wellen Park and Venice, ALL of this within a short drive.
