The staff were at all times professional and enjoyed working at this accommodation. The manager, Heidi in particular greeted us each time we saw her in the lobby, bar or pool and was genuinely interested in our experiences and any feedback we could give her that would enhance the customer experience.
The Breakfast was included in the price and was excellent. Both Hot & Cold selections were available and there was plenty of space to sit and eat.
The bar staff were always pleasant and ready to take our orders of food or drinks with humor and enthusiasm.
We would defiantly stay here again the next time we visit.
The cost of parking was excessive.

Size of the room and that it was new. And the breakfast was more than I expected.
Nothing it was great

The location was perfect for the purpose of our stay because a lot of our family lives within 10 minutes or less from the hotel. We were quite happy with the staff who were all so kind and welcoming. The hotel itself was very clean. Our room was also very clean.
There was a dedicated parking lot, but for 3 of the 4 nights, we had a difficult time finding parking. We, along with quite a bit of other guests, had to park along the edges of designated parking stalls. This made it difficult and unsafe to fit through with the size of our vehicle. There is a nightly parking fee, so it would have been nice to have always had a parking spot.We also would have liked to have a microwave in our room. The ladies at the front desk did allow us to use the microwave downstairs, but having one in our room would have been more convenient.
