We absolutely loved the location right in the heart of old town and everything was so accessible. The property was also very comfortable, having the extra sink was great to wash our clothes and hang out on the clothes line. Air conditioning was also amazing to come back too after a very hot day.
The windows aren’t that sound proof so you do hear people walking past

The room was very clean and well decorated. There were good facilities and comfy beds. Even though it is in the centre of the old town, it's situated down a laneway, which means less noise at night time. The company were excellent to communicate with, and even checked in with us mid-stay, to see if we required anything else. They also offer a transfer service to the airport, which we found handy for our early-morning flight.
The bathroom was a little tight for space (to be expected in a small, old building) but very clean and well-appointed. I found, while the rental company was excellent at communicating, at times some additional fees were not communicated clearly (e.g. we were told the transfer to the airport was €50, but when charged an additional €15 was added for city fees - not a problem, but this was not disclosed in the original quote). Additional fees could be communicated more clearly, and in advance.

Great location and good company communication
Stair are super steep with almost no lighting. Install some more lights.

Good location
Stairway was dark and didn’t have an adequate handrail noisy starting at 5 am not the renters fault it was restaurant suppliers moving supplys church bells ringing 100 times at 6 am i counted dont know why hot water issues wife couldn’t take a shower for 5 minutes without it going cold not sure why not much in the kitchen so dont plan on cooking there
