We had a wonderful weekend stay and would definitely recommend this spot. Here is a breakdown of our experience:
The Pros:
Perfect Location: Everything we wanted to do was easily accessible.
Check-in and check-out: Perfect, and having a parking pass included was a massive plus.
Wonderfully Kept: The entire place was clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained throughout our stay.
Excellent Features: Having an in-unit washer and dryer was incredibly convenient. Plus, the shower had fantastic water pressure and stayed consistently hot.
While some past reviews mentioned noise, my husband and I actually found it to be very quiet overall. We stayed over a Friday and Saturday night during UC’s homecoming weekend with plenty of local concerts happening. We do live in a noisier area back home, so we might just be used to it, but it didn't bother us at all.
The Beds: The bedroom features a very firm mattress, which might not suit everyone (though the bed in the living area is noticeably softer). Also, upgrading to a larger bed in the main room could be a great future update for the host!
Also, a small shower bench or shelf for shampoos and conditioners would be a great addition—it would make organizing toiletries and shaving so much easier!

Super close to everything I was doing and was SO nice!
I wish parking was a little closer, but that’s probably just because I am not use to big cities like that.

Ausgezeichnete Lage. Apartment liebevoll und vor allem komplett eingerichtet, gut Raumaufteilung. Parken dank Codekarte um die Ecke und sicher.

This is a very nice studio apartment with a lot of space. Furnishings were up to date and very clean.
The downside of this property is that it is located directly above a bar/restaurant that played loud music even well past midnight. If you like to go to sleep early or are sensitive to noise I do not recommend this place.
