Location was central and quiet and clean.
Beds were not very comfortable. Says air con but only one fan in a 2 bedroom apartment. Thankfully we brought our own fan. Also, only one shower was working which is fine, but not as advertised either.

Well located, easy to find from Neumarkt station and very well connected.
Decor certainly becoming “tired”. Unfortunately in the heat we needed windows open and the nearby turn in the tram line was noisy.

Location was great. Super easy to get to tram and make out to places of interest. That the property had a lift.
The beds were very uncomfortable. One of the showers said it was out of order so we didn’t use it. Air conditioning didn’t work - was just a fan. Kitchen and living areas was cramped and limited. Would have been good to have a drying rack as didn’t like the washer/dryer.
