The fully fenced yard is perfect for pets, outdoor relaxation, and grilling on the provided BBQ grill. Conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and local attractions, this pet-friendly home is ideal for families and groups seeking comfort and convenience.
Guests have full access to the entire home, including all 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the game room, living areas, and the fully fenced yard. You’ll also have access to the garage for parking or storage during your stay.
Please note owners' storage cabinets in garage are locked for owners' items.

Recycle - Tuesday
Please be mindful that this is a family-friendly neighborhood and we kindly ask guests to respect the surrounding neighbors.
Grilling Rules:
If using the grill, please remove it from the back porch and keep it a safe distance away from the house. Failure to follow these safety guidelines may result in a $500 fine.

Never judge a book by its cover. This is a wonderful house that was perfect for our stay. Everything updated, kitchen was stacked with everything you need, very clean and well maintained. Host was VERY responsive. There are beach chairs available, cooler, and other amenities that made this a great stay! Highly recommend!

The property was beautiful and so clean that I felt like we were the first to visit a brand new home. There were many extras and supplies. The neighborhood was quiet and a great location. We definitely would recommend the property and hope to visit again.

Nicole was very clear on check in, gave two great restaurant recommendations, and was very accommodating. The home was beautiful - clean, lovely decor, comfortable, and fabulous tech and kitchen amenities. Wish we could have stayed longer
