The condo was very clean, well located, and had a fully equipped kitchen. It also included plenty of extra towels, pillows, and blankets, plus TVs in every room. Communication with the office was easy and prompt.
The only downside that we did have a little trouble getting the gate to open with the code when we first arrived, but the code worked at the second entrance. We called the office in the meantime, and they texted us later to make sure we got in.
Also, we were not given the code for the side door by the garage. When we did not have the garage opener with us, we had to go up the stairs instead. The pool experience was also a bit disappointing. The pool attendant strictly enforced the rule against keeping drinks at the poolside, even when they were water in plastic containers. While we understand he was following the rules, it made using the pool less enjoyable. There were also very few pool noodles available for guests. As a result, we only used the pool once and chose to spend the rest of our time at the beach
