About this apartment rental
Our adorable 2-bedroom condo is perfect for your escape to Hutchinson Island. The space features a king bed and a convenient Murphy bed, plus a cozy living room with a sofa bed for extra guests. Two bathrooms offer both a bathtub and a shower, making it easy to refresh after a day on the sand. We have updated appliances throughout the unit including a brand new AC and washer/dryer. Guests will love the superb layout that balances relaxation and functionality. Please note, due to HOA rules, there is a minimum 60 night rental and it does require HOA approval. There is an online application which must be submitted along with a $300 application fee. Further details will be provided once reservation is confirmed.

Our nine week stay was very enjoyable. The owners, Randy and Leyaini, were very responsive and easy to work with. The other condo owners/tenants were very friendly and courteous and it was easy to get to know people at the pool, the beach, or at the numerous social activities that are scheduled each week - as well as at holiday events. It is nice location and is a short and scenic drive up A1A to Vero Beach.
