Location was great and the atmosphere of the property was nice and cozy. It has everything you need. It’s mostly calm, and even though some guests may make loud noises late into the night, despite the property rules, you can sleep soundly with earplugs if necessary.
The bathroom was quite dirty when I arrived. The manager was kind enough to send the cleaning team again but I don’t think they know how to clean in depth. But I was able to fix most of it with some detol wipes.

The location was amazing ,right next to empshere mall and busy streets. The living area was great which included kitchen and dining area,they provided toaster microwave and utensils. There was wash machine available in top floor to wash and dry clothes which was a plus. There was a female staff who was very helpful. There is a lift in the building which is also helpful.
One small issue was weak wifi. It was better in kitchen dining area.
The bathroom could do with renovation. It was dark and always had wet floor even during the times we didn't take shower there. It was just uncomfortable.
There was no TV in the room but we were out most of the time so it was manageable.

The generous owner allows to stow luggage for free. Big bonus. Clean rooms, comfortable beds.
Poor acoustics. Noise from main road and the hallways (too many door slams)

The place is generally well-kept.
There's a common area which is nice for chatting with fellow guests.
Potable water is provided and there's a small sheltered smoking niche just outside.
Very good firm mattresses.
I hadn't been sent all the information necessary to access the property, but I suspect that's an isolated oversight.
Rooms not particularly noise-poof.
