About this house rental
Tucked in a friendly cul-de-sac with a quiet, fenced back yard. Your family can enjoy your time away in this thoughtfully equipped home.
This central location offers plenty to do with nearby biking trails, skate park, river run, shopping and dining. We are a short walk to Eastman Park, Main Street or the lake.
Games and puzzles are provided, as well as outdoor seating and a fire pit.
The space
New carpeting throughout bedrooms and living room, BBQ grill and outdoor dining table, fire pit, and outdoor seating.
This is a 2 story home (navigation of stairs required). All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor.
Other things to note:
- There is no smoking, vaping, or drug use allowed anywhere on the property.
- 3 of the beds are twin beds that are part of a bunk bed or trundle. These are suited for children or small adults only.
- There will be a fine imposed for any unauthorized animals brought onto the property.
- There is no guest access to the garage.

The stay was great. The host was very responsive and easy to work with.The check in and check out was painless. We didn't cook but the kitchen seemed well stocked.
