Velmi ochotný pan majitel. Domeček útulný a teplý. Až na podlahu v přízemí byl dům čistý. V kuchyni veškeré základní vybavení, dá se s ním v pohodě uvařit celý oběd. V okolí domu jsou pastviny (krávy, koně, ovce), děti se na zvířata nemohli vynadívat.

V přízemí by mohla být podlaha čistší.
