Perfect location between old town, beaches and bus station.
Amazing common area, and more importantly wonderful staff!
The kitchen could benefit adding hob, as cooking was very challenging with just microwave and kettle 😅

Es un alojamiento moderno, bien conservado y tranquilo. El manager es muy amable y me ayudó con una solicitud de cama de abajo, en el viaje tuve un percance con mi rodilla y no podía subir los escalones de las literas.
El área de cocina es pequeña, pero tiene lo necesario. Yo casi nunca preparo desayuno en los hostales, pero para alguien que si lo hace lo considero muy pequeño (ya que es de uso común).
El hostal está ubicado cercano de la central de autobuses (20 min), el centro histórico (20 min) y es fácil llegar caminando y también hay una parada de autobús y supermercados.
Por el precio esperaba una mejor experiencia pero entiendo qué Dubrovnik es caro.
Bueno aquí no fue tanto la culpa del hostal, pero si deberían tener un poco de cuidado en estos aspectos, a lado de mi se quedaron dos chicas y éramos 9 en la habitación (originalmente yo reservé una de 6, pero por mi problema de la rodilla se me cambió a una de 8, al principio no me explicaron pero después acepté debido a mi dolor de rodilla). Estas dos chicas fueron pésimas compañeras de habitación, ocupaban mi espacio (buró y lado de cama para poner su ropa a secar) y mi power outlet cuando ellas tenían el suyo, también estaban usando mi locker asignado por recepción cuando llegué. Le comenté esto al manager y mejoró algo la situación pero deberían ser más estrictos con las reglas de convivencia.
No es la primera vez que me quedo en hostales, tengo mucha experiencia y sé que no es lo mismo que estar en habitación sola, pero generalmente todos son respetuosos y conscientes que compartimos un espacio común.

A good hostel with everything you need. Bed linen and towels are included in the price, and the staff are friendly and always happy to help. There’s also a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave, kettle, and fridge.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would happily stay here again.
The only minor issue was cleanliness: my bedside table and the windowsill above my bed were quite dusty. However, considering the great location, affordable price, and overall comfort, I don’t think it’s worth taking away a star, especially since it’s something that can easily be fixed.

I had a terrible experience at this hostel and would not recommend it to anyone. The biggest issue was that I found bed bugs and was bitten multiple times during my stay. I even found one on my towel in the morning. This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of hygiene and maintenance.
The room conditions were also very poor. The beds had broken parts, there was no proper place to hang towels, no privacy in the beds and the air conditioning was not working properly, making the room uncomfortable. The bathroom next to the room was also not acceptable: one of the showers had no curtain, meaning there was no privacy.
There were no keys for the rooms, meaning anyone could potentially enter. Even worse, the reception staff member, which was a man, was entering the female rooms with new guests without knocking first. This is extremely inappropriate — what if someone was changing clothes?
Also there was no proper place to store luggage safely after checking out.
Overall, this was one of the worst hostel experiences I have had. The hostel needs serious improvements in cleanliness, safety, and basic guest standards.
