Spazi ben pensati, una marea di servizi che non trovi da altre parti e appartamento in generale molto bello da vedere esteticamente.
Rappresenta un po' tutto quello che odio dell'industria degli affitti: palesemente un appartamentino ricavato da una stanza di un condominio e gestito da una mega azienda che ne avrà un numero assurdo in tutta Italia.
Oltre ai problemi ideologici, questo porta anche a fastidi concreti: tutto è molto impersonale. Self check in online mi ha richiesto 20 minuti e una marea di dati e selfie con il documento... L'appartamento non ha neanche una chiave, si apre dall'app. Bella la tecnologia ma le chiavi fisiche che non richiedono connessioni ad internet sono ancora insuperabili...

very cute place, AC worked amazingly, enough towels provided, easy check-in/out without needed human interaction lol (at least as a technologically inclined person), 3 mins away from local bus
as a part-time-wheelchair user, we had to carry it up many flights of stairs + the home is up a very steep hill – but tbh that's our fault for not checking that carefully/expecting it.
also the bed was a little hard but otherwise alright

Muy buena experiencia. El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, bastante céntrica y cerca de restaurantes y paradas de transporte público, lo que hace muy fácil moverse por la ciudad. La habitación y la estancia en general fueron muy buenas.
La única cosa un poco complicada fue la entrada mediante la app, que no resultó tan sencilla al principio.

Nice location, clean.
The bathroom is below any standard. It is far too small; given the age of the building, it’s obvious it was recently wedged into the center of the apartment. Even washing your hands is difficult. There are sliding doors, so all the noise and smells from the bathroom easily reach your partner in the bedroom. The apartment is on the second floor without an elevator. To use the microwave, you have to move it to another shelf where there is an available power outlet. Highly overpriced.
