Incredibly welcoming, the hotel is in a great location and the staff (and hotel dogs) really made the effort to make the stay memorable. The attention to detail is amazing and it was definitely one of the best hotel stays we have ever had. Everything from the food in the hotel restaurant to the beautiful garden was perfect and made our honeymoon getaway feel so special.

Serene atmosphere away from the city of Hanoi. The swimming pool was amazing

A beautiful property located in a quiet valley in Tam Coc. A quick 8 minute trip by Grab into Tam Coc which was didn't mind at all (approx $5AUD each way). The triple room was more than adequate for our family of 3 for 4 nights, the beds super comfortable and the room is very quiet making for a very restful sleep. Looks out over the very clean and beautiful saltwater pool that we used daily. Breakfast and dinner were both exceptional. The bungalow and whole property was immaculate and beautifully cared for. Kim is an exceptional host who goes well beyond his call of duty to look after you - he is a gentle lovely soul who will make your stay just perfect. Special mention to the 3 beautiful dogs that reside at the property - the most beautifully behaved friends! Can only highly recommend if you are after a real retreat surrounded by nature and away from the business of city life.
Everything was perfect for us.

Breakfast was fine, and the host was exceptional, but when the hotel was busy he had to manage everything alone, which caused delays. The other staff struggled with English and couldn’t assist
