ArtLua ist ein recht neues Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Bei Fragen zum Ort standen sie uns zur Seite. Wir haben z.B. über das Hotel kurzfristig einen E-Roller ausleihen können.
Die geräumigen Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet mit großem und sehr bequemen Bett.
Fahrräder und Pool konnten wir kostenlos nutzen. Oftmals bekamen wir noch Wasserflaschen für den Weg geschenkt.
Das Frühstück ist a la carte mit einigen auch vegetarischen Auswahlmöglichkeiten (von Pancakes, frischen Früchten, Banh Mi bis zur Eierspeise). Man durfte mehrere Speisen pro Frühstück auswählen.
Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
Empfangsbereich war zwar fast durchgängig besetzt, eine hinterlegte Telefonnummer oder Klingel wäre noch hilfreich gewesen, falls mal kurzzeitig niemand da sein sollte.

The staff were all absolutely lovely. The large lobby area was a great concept. It had a large wooden bench table filled with easels and paints and canvases were provided. It was a fantastic way to spend a rainy afternoon and interact with other guests as well as the staff.
The rooms were large but a little impractical. There was no desk or chair for instance.

Our stay at ArtLua was very satisfying. It became our little refuge as the rain continued for several days. The breakfast was great, with generous portions, and the place is exactly as it looks in the photos — something we really appreciated.
The rooms had everything we needed after a long day of hiking. They also have bicycles available and a laundry service, which was very convenient.
The owners were incredibly friendly, attentive and considerate. They kindly let us have a late check-out and kept our luggage for us, which was a huge help given the weather.
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Really nice family owned hotel with a great value proposition and in a central location of tam coc. 11 seater busses and taxis can easily reach it.
The room was very pretty and big and a big bathroom with a huge free standing tub that two people can easily fit into.
The pool is open for a long time and the breakfast is pretty good too. They have opportunities to paint downstairs although we didnt make any use of this offer.
They also sell artwork and very pretty nón lá for a good price.
There are bikes and hats that you can rent for free to explore tam coc aswell.
All in all very nice and i can recommend this hotel
