Quiet, good location, beautiful view
Comfortable bed
Breakfast was ok but not great
Curtain rod fell out of the ceiling
They forgot to turn on the hot water switch so we couldn’t work out why we had no hot water.

The rooms were so clean and cosy! The location is great, with beautiful views, especially from the rooftop bar. It was really easy for me to get to the places I wanted to see, and the staff were soo friendly and helpful, they made my stay 10/10 and even gave me a beautiful souvenir at checkout. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The location is fabulous overlooking the paddy fields and karst mountains. It is also just a short walk to restaurants and bars
The staff make this hotel what it is and are keen to please, especially the chef, restaurant staff and reception. The kitchen staff kindly prepared a breakfast goody bag for us to take away that included the chef's freshly made spring rolls, fruit, cake and bottled water.
Complimentary bikes are provided to cycle around.
Although clean, the hotel room looked a little dated with some fixtures and fittings needing attention, from the loose tap in the bathroom and loose toilet seat. I think the hotel would benefit from an all round facelift and perhaps the presence of more female staff too.
Although free cycles provided, many lacked basic maintenance like working brakes, posing a safety hazard.
