Alex was incredibly welcoming. There was a heavy storm alert during my stay in Lexington, so I ended up spending most of the day at the property. She made it genuinely enjoyable keeping me entertained with great conversation and even sharing an artsy project she was working on.
I was in town for a conference at the Central Bank Center, and being able to walk there in just ten minutes from Alex’s place was super convenient.
I arrived at midnight from the airport... so it was understandable that Alex couldn't give me a proper tour around the kitchen to find stuff for the breakfast (which I believe was included). It was just a bit inconvenient to search every cabinet/cupboard for utensils and a slice of bread the next morning. Maybe having some tags to help the guests find stuff in the kitchen could be useful.

The owner is fantastic artist and cook
She cooked good healthy stuff for us
I like the way the owner is not pretentious and makes us feel at home
And the cooking smell was great

I love how welcoming the host, Alex, is! She truly has a knack for greeting people with a warm yet exciting presence! As for the home, transports you into this wonderful world of color and great vibes. If you’re a knacks and GOOD clutter person, this is your place. The recipes books, collectibles, colors of each room, etc. just added to the experience. Our life felt like a movie for the weekend :)
