Not bad, but not what I anticipated.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was pleasant. And, the breakfast bar area was kept extremely neat and clean.

The floors weren’t adequately swept. The bathroom was sub-par renovated. The hallways leading to the room were dingy, they definitely could have used some pictures. The check in staff was great, but the check out staff was not so impressive. She was just sitting there messing with her phone instead of engaging clients.

10/10 would definitely stay again

It was surprisingly very nice especially for the rate. Other hotels I checked in the same price range were less than spectacular.

The hallway from the elevator to the room is a little dated and could use some TLC

THE NORMAL QUALITY INN BREAKFAST WITH ATTENDANT MAKING WAFFLES FOR ALL OF THE GUEST. bREAKFAST ARE WAS SPOOTLES

Location was perfect, just off the I 75, and lot’s of restaurants to choose from.

The best place ever

Love the bed. It was so comfy that I didn't want to get out of it. Slept through the night.

300 Dollar Vandalism deposit required upfront?

When I arrived I was told by the front counter there was a 300 dollar deposit for anybody from Louisville. I was raised in Lexington. I asked how much if you are from Lexington they replied even more. They were rude and disrespectful and I am never staying anywhere that discriminates based on where someone is from. I also am never paying a 300 dollar deposit up front. Especially when that's not stated in the booking agreement.

Nothing really

Location close to interstate was noisy. Breakfast was skimpy continental breakfast. Coffee cups were small. Much maintenance needed. Outside was dirty, a lot of cigarette butts and dog feces.

Over all a pleasant stay. Cheerful staff.

Decent. Floors carpeted which makes it a little dated as other hotels I’ve used have vinyl wood look flooring. The vinyl flooring makes for cleaner floors as carpeting hides ‘nasties’. There was some peeling paint on wall. Beds were clean and pillows were plentiful. In room small refrigerator but no microwave. Beds were clean and well made. Plentiful pillows. Desk and chair very useful.

Carpeting, can conceal dirt. No microwave. Peeling paint by door on wall.

Nice hotel to stay, but not the best.

The hotel was in a great location and close to restaurants. The bed and pillows were comfortable and it was dog friendly, tho they did charge a fee.

The breakfast was very lacking in substance, not a lot of good and healthy choices. While the room was clean enough, the hallways and stairwells were really run down and not that clean.

Helpful staff, good location to use a basecamp for Lexington's attractions.

The shower wouldn't drain properly, water rose up over ankles.

Fun staff, wonderful location and amenities!

The property was clean and smelled lovely! The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. You could tell they truly enjoyed their jobs and had fun. Close to KY Horse Park too!

A great value and location.

We have stayed several times. We stay with you because you accept our little dog. I'm not sure why they always put us on 2nd floor.

The TV did not correspond with the channel displayed. It was impossible to watch it. There was not a guide provided either.
