Everything went well for the time we were there. We used the shuttle to go to our location we were there for which was very nice to be able to do
The only thing was and it wasn't anything really but the coffee pot in the room was broken and leaked.

Clean, friendly staff, great breakfast.
We booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub. My husband has multiple fractures in his back from cancer. He was hoping for some pain relief but the hot tub was down. It wasn’t the end of the world but it was disappointing.

I was able to get a room for family weekend at UK when most other places were full.
t was in a safe enough area. The property was in the middle of a needed renovation. I didn't feel unsafe, but the hotel itself was a little rundown. Guests kept propping the exterior door open and there was a sign posted not to which tells me it's a common experience. Could stand to freshen up the pillows.
