Clean, modern, and spacious house in a large farm. Friendly helpful unintrusive hosts. Plenty of room for 3 families comprising 6 adults and 5 kids. Large forested rural location 10 minutes southwest of Redding downtown. Easy to navigate and drive to town for food, groceries etc. Lots of space to spread out. Many fun amenities including outdoor hot tub which has room for 4 adults, game room with ping pong table, foosball table. Large wraparound porch with grill etc. Excellent views of Mt Lassen at sunrise. Could see and photograph the Milkyway Galaxy on a moonless night. Could hear Great Horned Owl calling at night. Cilute farm animals like goats, chicken, dogs all stay in their separate enclosures and don't bother the visitors. Modern large kitchen, adjacent laundry room all very useful. This house had something to please everyone and everyone had a great time.

WiFi works ok, but speed and range can be improved. It didn't bother us much but I just wanted to let the host know.

Staying here felt truly amazing. The home was clean and filled with everything you need for your stay. I rate everything 10/10. Don't even hesitate to book this hidden gem. William and Kristin are awesome people.
