The location was great. Host was very responsive. The bed was super comfy. Water pressure and temp were perfect. And the place was clean.
Receiving the directions and house rules on the day of arrival was most problematic. Arriving with my internet not working (and unable to connect to entry info) was incredibly frustrating.
No table to eat on was ridiculous and a printed copy of the house. No tablre meant I had to stand for every meal

This place was immaculate! It accommodated my family of three and had space for more people if necessary. Omg, we slept so comfortably ... Sigh. This place was fully stocked with all of the necessities to save $$$ on eateries, laundry and transportation (parking). The host communicated thoroughly within our stay there. This will be my place whenever I visit again NYC.
