Das großzügige und helle Zimmer befindet sich in einem Appartement, das in einem ruhigen Stadtteil liegt. Das Zentrum von Bordeaux ist schnell und bequem innerhalb von ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder mit der Straßenbahn erreichbar. In der warmen Jahreszeit ist auch die zum Zimmer gehörende Terrasse - allerdings ohne Aussicht - positiv hervorzuheben.
Das Zimmer gehört zu einem an weitere Partien vermieteten Appartement. Küche, Toilette und Bad werden gemeinschaftlich genutzt - was allerdings kein Problem war.
Bei der Ausstattung der Küche wäre eine Möglichkeit zur Aufbereitung von Kaffee für das Frühstück wünschenswert.

The apartment is located on the north bank of the Garonne, around a five-minute walk from the tram and Pont de Pierre, making it a convenient base for exploring Bordeaux.
The property is in a secure building and is quite spacious. The owners live on site in a separate section of the apartment, while two bedrooms are rented to guests: one downstairs with a terrace and another upstairs in the attic.
I stayed in the attic room, which was clean and fairly basic. The mattress, although placed directly on the floor, was rather comfortable. There is also a spacious wardrobe on the landing. The shared bathroom and separate toilet were not an issue.
The owner was courteous, although our interaction was limited to check-in.
Overall, the good location makes it a practical option for a short stay of one or two nights, particularly if you mainly need a comfortable place to sleep while spending your days exploring Bordeaux and the surrounding area.
The attic room is quite sparsely furnished, with a table, three chairs, a small bedside table and a mattress directly on the floor. A few additional touches could make the room feel more comfortable and welcoming.
The wardrobe is spacious but lacked clothes hangers, which somewhat limits its usefulness. I did not use the kitchen, but a coffee machine also appeared to be missing and would be a useful addition for guests.
Finally, the stairs leading to the attic are quite steep. This wasn't an issue for me, but it is worth keeping in mind that the upstairs room would not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties.

Très bien situé dans le quartier Bastide, mais parfaitement calme. La chambre donne sur une terrasse, sur l'arrière du bâtiment, donc tranquille.
J'ai vraiment apprécié la disponibilité et l'assitance pour la remise des clés, explications claires, et adaptation à mon horaire d'arrivée. Prix modique, location de dernière minute suite à l'annulation de ma réservation dans un autre établissement par Booking.

L’emplacement, le calme, la sécurité
Équipement modeste, pas de télé, pas de sèche cheveux, abattant des WC à changer, escaliers très raides pour descendre aux toilettes et porte très bruyante, je n’osais pas sortir de ma chambre pour ne pas réveiller les voisins
