SPACE TO GATHER

The first floor brings everyone together around the pool table, family room, kitchen and dining area. Upstairs, another kitchen and living space let the group spread out. The theater makes staying in feel like a plan of its own. Outside, enjoy the seating area and fenced yard.



SLEEPING & ACCESS

Bedrooms are on the upper floors, accessed by stairs. The layout includes open and connecting sleeping areas; one connecting room has no door between the rooms. Ask us about the sleeping arrangements if your group needs particular privacy or accessibility features. Guests have access to the house and yard, excluding the garage interior and the loft reached by the third-floor staircase.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Check-in: 4:00 PM. Checkout: 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome with the optional $75 pet fee per stay; select the pet add-on when booking. Taxes and cleaning charges are itemized in your quote. Review the displayed payment and cancellation terms before confirming your reservation. Early check-in is subject to availability and may carry an additional fee; ask in advance.



Enjoy gathering with your registered group while following the house rules and respecting neighbors. No smoking indoors. Exterior security cameras are present; do not cover or disable them. There are no indoor cameras; the former indoor camera has been removed.
