About this house rental
This stunning brick house is the perfect home base for your trip to Lynchburg. Provides main floor living for those who do not need or wish to use the finished basement. Main floor bedrooms and laundry for your convenience. With four comfortable bedrooms, including one king and three queen beds, three living spaces, a large gourmet kitchen outfitted with everything a cook could possibly need to prepare a beautiful family meal, two fireplaces on the main floor and one in the basement, large dining room, eat in kitchen, screened in porch and large private deck, guests have plenty of space to relax. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub and a refreshing newly updated shower, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. A quaint living room in the finished basement offers a queen sofa bed offers an additional cozy spot to gather or rest. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet evening or spending time with loved ones, this terrific house provides an enjoyable retreat. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.
Note, at this point we are only renting the upstairs portion of the house, as we are working on upgrades to the finished basement. There is no access to the basement from the main floor of the house. Also, more photographs are coming. We had to stop taking photographs because a tenant wanted the house through the holidays. The basement bedroom photograph does not depict the bed, nightstands, chair, mirror and lamps that are in the Bedroom now, but no one can use that room until the basement is finished.
