Devil’s Den, a popular destination for scuba diving and snorkelling, is approximately 10 minutes from the home. Rainbow Springs and Cedar Lakes are also within easy reach, offering beautiful places for swimming, tubing, exploring, and enjoying Florida’s natural surroundings.

For reservations of 10 nights or more, an additional utility fee of $12 per reserved night applies to help cover the increased electricity, water, hot water, air conditioning, and laundry use associated with extended occupancy. After booking, guests will receive a payment request for this fee through Vrbo.

Guests booking 10 nights or more must review and accept the property specific rental agreement provided through Vrbo before booking. The agreement explains the terms for extended stays, temporary vacation occupancy, utility use, damage protection, House Rules, and checkout responsibilities.
