As you enter through the garage on the first floor, you are welcomed with a cozy full-over-full bunk bed, an exercise bike, and a large TV. There is also a half bath for convenience.

Climb the stairs and the experience shifts—
Level Two opens up, bright with natural light pouring through large windows. This is where everyone tends to gather:
- Cook breakfast while someone lounges on the full sofa,
- Share a bottle of wine at the counter,
- Laugh through game night at the dining table.

The kitchen isn’t just a kitchen—it’s a stage for memories. Stainless appliances, spacious counters, and everything you need to make meals feel simple and shared.

Level two features a full bathroom with a shower and tub combo and a large walk-in closet with a stacked washer and dryer.

And don’t forget to step onto the patio from this level—the view of downtown feels close enough to touch. At night, the skyline flickers like a quiet celebration just for you.

Finally, as the day winds down, you drift up to Level Three, where a peaceful queen suite waits. This floor is your sanctuary—soft lighting, fresh linens, a private half bathroom, and a quiet place to recharge.

This home has a very close proximity to Downtown OKC. Like with other urban neighborhoods near a downtown area, you will see transient people walking around at times. We have outdoor cameras on the property, and we don't recommend leaving valuables in your vehicle on the street overnight.

For parking, there is a 1 car garage or additional overside parking on the street on 6th street. There is an alleyway that you can use to drop bags off.

There is NO PARKING in the driveway or on the south side of the home. That space is reserved for the home to the south.

Please be aware of the following potential fees:
- There is an additional fee PER PET.
- We offer a 1-hour early and late checkout for an additional $20 fee.
- Smoking indoors will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee.
- Lost items can be returned for a fee of $30.
- There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11.
- We have a "minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property to detect unauthorized parties. 3 notifications over 80 decibels will result in a $50 fee and we may ask your group to leave the property. If you have infants or kids and worry about the noise monitor, just let us know ahead of time!
- Date change requests are subject to a $30 fee along with the potential rate increase due to supply and demand for the date requested.
- Vrbo automatically calculates the price based on the number of guests and pets that you select. If you enter in the wrong number of guests/ pets, then there could be additional charges.
