Unauthorized parties or events: $3,000
Furniture or property damage: Cost of replacement or repair, plus a $250 refurnishing fee

Jenny was great! Very helpful, the location is great, very close to shopping center, nice and quiet neighborhood, beautifully updated and decorated cottage and very comfortable.
