Guest House:
A private 1-bedroom, 1-bath cottage with a kitchenette, comfortable sitting area, and full front porch overlooking the property.
Guests can enjoy multiple outdoor spaces, including a fire pit with seating, large open yard, and a rustic barn that may be suitable for small gatherings, retreats, or celebration weekends when arranged in advance. The elevated hilltop setting provides beautiful views and peaceful surroundings throughout the property.
The location offers convenient access to Round Top shopping and antique shows, the historic painted churches, and bass fishing at Lake Fayette, while still feeling tucked away and private.
