Perfect for families, groups of friends, or business stays, this set of 3 independent apartments is rented as a whole and can accommodate up to 9 guests, offering comfort, privacy, and autonomy. No spaces are shared.



Located on the 1st floor of a secure building, these apartments enjoy a central location just steps from the tram (line A, Hôtel de Ville stop), the cathedral, City Hall, and the Palais de Justice. You will enjoy the historic center of Bordeaux while staying in a quiet environment.



Each apartment combines a living room and bedroom for a practical, welcoming space. The living room features a sofa, coffee table, TV, WiFi, and storage. In the evening, it transforms into a bedroom with 3 single beds (90x200 cm). Since 2026, the extra bed has been replaced by a real single bed for greater comfort.



The private bathroom includes a shower, sink, neutral soap, and hairdryer, with separate toilets for added convenience. The independent kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, cooktop, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishes, utensils, and coffee machines compatible with various formats.



For your comfort, each apartment includes cleaning products, a vacuum, broom, and dustpan. On request, baby essentials (travel cot, high chair, stroller) are provided. A secure luggage storage is available in the building (service available for an extra fee). All apartments are air-conditioned and fully accessible.
