Originell eingerichtetes Gästehaus direkt neben der Kathedrale am Melkmarkt. Netter Besitzer. Hier wohnt man mittendrin, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Kneipen sind zu Fuß erreichbar, zum Hauptbahnhof fährt die Straßenbahn (drei Stationen).

Unique, cosy place, host was very helpful and friendly. Great location.
Lack of TV in the room (I know you don't go on a break like this to watch telly in the room, but it's good for a bit of background noise).
Also be mindful that for the hot water in the shower we had to turn it to blue instead of red!

Wat een ontzettend leuke plek! Sfeervolste kamer die wij tot nu toe geboekt hebben. Zeer Verrassend. Heel leuk ingericht. Ontzettend vriendelijke contactpersoon Thierry. Overal aan gedacht. We mochten zelfs even gebruik maken van het sublieme dakterras. We hebben heerlijk geslapen!

Ci dispiace particolarmente lasciare questa recensione, anche perché l’host questa mattina era sinceramente mortificato per quanto accaduto. Tuttavia, la notte del nostro soggiorno alcune persone hanno fatto irruzione nella struttura, danneggiando gravemente una delle camere e tentando di entrare anche nella nostra. È stata un’esperienza molto spiacevole e comprensibilmente ci ha fatto sentire poco al sicuro.
Al di là dell’episodio, la struttura presenta diversi aspetti di scomodità. Il self check-in non permette di lasciare i bagagli in un luogo custodito prima del check-in o dopo il check-out. Le scale per raggiungere i tre piani sono molto strette e poco agevoli con le valigie, soprattutto in discesa.
La camera è indicata come "dotata di bagno privato”, ma questo è esterno alla stanza: sarebbe importante specificarlo chiaramente, come già viene fatto per altre camere della struttura, per noi è un fattore determinate nella prenotazione.
L’insonorizzazione delle finestre è buona, tenendo conto che affacciano su una piazza centrale e rumorosa, ma quella della porta è praticamente inesistente. Il pianerottolo serve più camere e bagni e il continuo passaggio di ospiti, porte, chiavi e scale scricchiolanti rende difficile riposare.
Infine, abbiamo riscontrato alcune mancanze nella cura: dispenser della doccia vuoto, nessun cucchiaino per il caffè solubile, zollette non confezionate appoggiate su un vassoio polveroso, una sola finestra, delle due presenti, dotata di tenda oscurante.
Ci dispiace per l’host, che si è mostrato molto dispiaciuto e disponibile, ma nel complesso non possiamo dire che sia stata una bella esperienza.
