There was a Chick-fil-a nearby & the yard was nice.
When I booked I indicated that I’d be bringing pets. Apparently that info didn’t make it to Evolve. I made several attempts to contact Evolve, with whom we have booked multiple times. It has never been a problem bring my fur babies with me, until this trip. Upon arrival the Evolve contact, Larry, called me & asked about my dogs. I explained that I had made multiple attempts to make contact & received no reply so went on about the trip thinking it would be like all the others. However he became rude & told me he’d let me know is we could stay. This exchange caused stress & was a bit frightening because we didn’t know what we’d do if he said we couldn’t stay. After a time I received an email from Evolve & responded with the facts as I knew them, and shortly thereafter I received a text indicating we could stay. We are in the habit of cleaning up extremely well. We leave the house better than we found it.
The rugs in the master water closet were dirty.
There were dog feces in the backyard when we arrived, which we cleaned up.
