This accommodation is very well located. The host is kind and responsive. It is very clean, has AC and in general plenty of utensils and even abundant food and cleaning products in the cupboards. It is a nice quiet street
The main issue is that there might some sort of laundry business deal going on. There are two washing machines at the front of the property that are working the best part of the day. We were woken up around 8am with someone coming back and forth and operating these machines. The spin cycles go on forever. So it is effectively like living by a laundromat. Not great and not very considerate with guests.
You are asked by some sort of small touristic tax in cash.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per una sola notte, ma mi sono trovata davvero benissimo. Vorrei innanzitutto ringraziare la proprietaria, che mi ha fatto sentire subito a casa. È una persona estremamente gentile, disponibile e premurosa, sempre pronta a venire incontro a qualsiasi esigenza. L’appartamento è grazioso, accogliente e curato. Ho dormito davvero bene, anche grazie alla tranquillità dell’ambiente e all’assenza di rumori disturbanti. Pur non avendo utilizzato la cucina, ho notato che è molto ben attrezzata e fornita di tutto il necessario. Anche il bagno offre diversi prodotti a disposizione degli ospiti, come bagnoschiuma e detergente struccante, cosa che ho particolarmente apprezzato. La posizione è molto comoda: si trova a pochi minuti dal centro ed è ben collegata anche dai mezzi pubblici, con diverse fermate dell’autobus nelle vicinanze. È stato davvero un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Tornerò sicuramente con piacere!

Идеальное расположение отеля, не сложно было найти и отлично гулять во все стороны по старому городу
Отель во время не оказался готов. Телевизор номинально есть, но каналов в нём нет. Только по подпискам, который у меня нет, как и нет никакого европейского аккаунта. Наверно из экономных побуждений много санитарных принадлежностей в производственных упаковках - это очень негигиенично, так же как и пользоваться общим мылом, шампунью и пр.
