We loved the size of the apartment (2 double beds and 2 singles) 2 bathrooms and well equipped kitchen area. However what impressed us most was the outdoor area, large balcony and 2 terraces with garden furniture (shared with apartment next door.) The apartment met our needs perfectly and correspondence with the host was first class. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and would highly recommend.
I would be cautious if taking small children because of the internal staircase down to the bedrooms. It was approximately a 25 -30 minute walk from the Centre in a residential area. Whilst the area felt very safe, it was very quiet at night and you have to pass through an area I wouldn't feel happy walking alone at night. Bus from central Bologna stops very close to apartment, I would advise to use this when returning at night.

Walking distance to center (and Lidl) with easy street parking nearby. Big rooms with good AC and lovely terrace

Gli spazi sono ideali anche per più famiglie in quanto la casa è disposta su due piani e con due bagni, con spazi esterni e servizi come lavatrice, ferro da stiro, aria condizionata in tutte le stanze che permettono di vivere bene anche un soggiorno più lungo
Migliorabile la pulizia polvere e ragnatele (a parere delle donne)
