We stayed here for the 1st time for our annual family beach vacation. Booking, paying, & communication was easy, & check in-out went smoothly. Parking was enough for all 4 of our vehicles. This is a duplex, so there will be other vehicles sharing parking. Upon walking up the stairs we noticed how spacious the living, dining, & kitchen area were with tall ceilings. We didn't feel cramped at all with so many family members sharing the space. House was clean. Kitchen was well stocked with 2 types of coffee makers & coffee pods, dish soap & dishwasher pods, lots of dishes, cups, glasses, utensils, & really nice nonstick cookware & bakeware. Bedrooms had comfortable beds & bedding. Bathrooms had single use body wash, shampoo, conditioner, & lotion & plenty of bath towels.Lots of beach towels provided which is so nice if you've ever packed for a beach trip as those towels take up so much precious packing space. Outdoors:Two community pools are only a short walk from the house. Great with a few areas with super shallow ends for babies and toddlers.Upper open deck from Primary 1 & 2 bedrooms are great for that morning cup of coffee.Lower screened in porch for enjoying a meal, playing board games, or just watching the waves. There is an additional space right outside the screened porch if you wanted to sun on the deck without venturing outside of the home. One of the best features is the short boardwalk to white sandy beaches. We enjoyed our stay & hope to come back again.
