Rating Details:
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was somewhat unhappy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The rental was nice except for the bed in the back room. Needs a new mattress. And the black mold in both bathrooms up on ceiling. The parking was awful glad we took the car. No room for truck and golf cart. One neighbor mad sure there was no room.

The rental was very clean, modern and comfortable. It was a short walk to the beach and the Trading Post. The only recommendation for improvement is to replace the mattress in the master bedroom. We had to buy an air mattress at a local department store to get a good nights' sleep.

rental was clean but cramped up between 2 other and nowhere to actually come outside and tv in bedroom quit after first night and never got repaired
