We rented unit 5331 on 12th street. It was a nice unit, clean and well maintained. The only issue we had were the Palmetto bugs, we had to throw some food away when we found one in a sleeve of fig newtons. I went to the office the next morning and they said they would come out and spray, we were out for the day so I'm not sure if they did or not. I wish I would have asked for some traps while I was at the office because there were several still in the unit. BUT it's South Carolina and bugs are going to do what bugs do. It didn't ruin our vacation, we just shook everything out before we loaded our car to head back up north and made sure all food was in the fridge instead of in the cupboards. There wasn't anything that we didn't like about the unit, it was nice having 2 full baths, and 2 separate bedrooms. We didn't cook anything other then toast and coffee so I have no opinion on the stove. But the unit was well stocked with everything you could need to cook a meal. The fridge is full sized, which was nice, we stored EVERY food item we had in there after the bug incident lol. Coffee machine takes cone filters, but we made the flat filters work. Quiet time is enforced which was nice, saw several security patrolling the area which was also nice, made everyone feel safe. Granddaughter loved the ocean, we were less then a 10 mins walk to the shore. The arcade was not open during the week, so we didn't get to enjoy that. The young man who was working the ice cream parlor was great! There was a wicked long line and he handled it by himself like a pro!

perfect little vacation villa. beds were comfortable, plenty of room. everything we needed. only 1 suggestion. the main bathroom attached to bedroom needs different type of shower curtain. only used once because while taking a shower the curtain doesn’t keep water from getting on the floor. so we didn’t use that shower again.

This was our first time renting with LCR and we were very satisfied. The facility’s were nice and convenient to use. We have always stayed in hotels and my father states that he will never stay in a hotel again. We cannot wait for our next stay!

Washer/dryer combo doesn’t dry the clothes. Had to use the laundromat. This was a selling point for us that turned out to be not usable. Shower handles falls off. Plastic divider into bedroom/bathroom area was damaged. This house stayed very moist. Black mold growing up above the stove in the cabinet.
