Wonderful family or executive home in a quiet established neighborhood west of I-130 & just south of RT-79. 4/2 Single Family on 1/2 acre close to Kalahari water park, Dell Diamond, Home Depot shopping center & I-130 toll road.

Home is clean & uncluttered with moderately new appliances & furnishings.

Moderately close to bus routes, shopping, etc. can bike to Dell Diamond or Kalahari water park. A car would be very ideal to navigate the area.

Quiet family neighborhood, no loud music or parties are allowed.

Pets allowed with PRIOR approval.

No aggressive dogs or breeds allowed on premises at any time.

$100 per pet per stay for additional cleaning fees.
