Die Lage in der Nähe zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist sehr praktisch. So kann man das Auto stehen lassen und kommt trotzdem überall gut hin.
Die Unterkunft ist einfach aber praktisch. Die Kontaktaufnahme zur Verwaltung war unkompliziert.
Mir war nicht bekannt, dass man für den Zugang zum Appartment einen Code über booking.com zugesandt bekommt. Wenn man (old school, so wie ich) keine mobile Daten hat, steht man dann davor und weiß nicht wie rein kommen. Daher mussten wir die Verwaltung anrufen, die aber gleich erreichbar und hilfsbereit war. Das sollte bei der Buchung irgendwie kommuniziert werden.
Uns ist aufgefallen, dass im Wohn-/Schlafbereich kein Rauchwarnmelder installiert ist. Das sollte heute Standard sein.
Im Appartment A gibt es nur ein 2 Platten-Kochfeld. Wir waren im Nachbarappartement C, dort gibt es auch einen Backofen.

A cama muito confortável que é bastante raro em residências de baixo custo, só a almofada podia ser um pouco melhor.
Estava localizado num lugar sossegado, está perto da linha 5, foi muito fácil fazer o check-in e check-out. As informações foram todas dadas com muita brevidade. O espaço estava muito limpo. A casa de banho é bastante espaçosa. Sinceramente fiquei bastante surpreendido com o espaço e foi uma estadia de uma semana muito bom, quase perfeito.
Como indiquei a almofada podia ser um pouco melhor mas não é de longe das piores. Eu sei que não está na discrição mas um forno dava jeito para a cozinha. Depois para almoçar e jantar talvez desse mais jeito uma mesa de refeição e cadeiras do que um sofá mas falo por mim, para outros pode ser melhor o sofá.
