Room was exactly as described, clean sheets, plenty of towels and the shower was excellent! The kitchen was nice, coffee and tea, and generally “cooking stuff” all there. The laundry was easy to use and new and clean. Very close to the Colorado Horse Park, but be aware it is not as close to Parker (15/20 minute drive.) I would 100% go back for a horse show again! There were many aspects I did not get to enjoy, but the house was lovely.
Parking was a touch tricky for the big truck. I saw one guest park on the street, because of that.

Facilities were top notch... comfortable, clean, private... everything we needed to finish our work trip. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. All our needs were met with friendly attention. So thankful we stayed at Bayou Hills BnB.
There wasn't anything I didn't like. Just keep doing what you do.

Peaceful and quiet, fantastic view, exceptional home with all the extras
It can get warm on a hot day but cools off quickly if an evening. There were fans everywhere, it was not a problem to manage without AC when there’s no humidity

Everything! The house was gorgeous and the amenities were all there - from artisan soaps to linens and decor. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to navigate. The common living areas were plentiful; indoor and out. With bunnies and deer wandering around outside.
The weather was hot and the room I was in didn’t have the natural air flow that the rest of the house had. But the host accommodated me with fans and that helped.
