The staff was very polite. I was with my 8 year old son, and was worried how the stay will be. But Hyatt staff (Richa, Subhash and others) made sure that we had a comfortable stay.

Facilities wise it was a very average hotel. Small lobby, small rooms, only one restaurant, very tiny gym, no spa, not a truly international five star hotel. But what it lacks in infrastructure it makes up by excellent service by the people who work there.
I would say the restaurant staff and chef, house keeping staff and front desk staffwere all excellent.
We stayed there was seven nights. I am sure Taj Bhopal would have been a better stay overall but this is a newer property and the people are extremely warm, welcoming kind and helpful.
Chef Dharmender was always smiling and kind and helpful.
Everyone in the restaurant team was always there to help.
I might forget a few names but I want to mention...Sanjit, Ritik, Karthik and Chandni were exceptional.
Our housekeeping guy I forgot his name was very smiling and always helpful.
Not a great place to stay if you.prefer comforts like four seasons but a lovely place if you want good customer service.
The people make this average hotel special.
The reception appears very uninspiring and bland. There is no wow factor. The gym is smaller than my home gym. The hotel appears like a hurriedly constructed lodge or hostel with a modern look.
