The breakfast, staff were are incredibly friendly and kind! The atmosphere and the design were exceptionally cosy and beautiful! I loved the japanese style (minimalistic yet elegant and smart) design! Everything was clean, brand new and high quality! From Smeg kettle in the room, to smart AC, amazing lighting, incredibly comfortable bathroom with built in bidet …. The best experience I had especially considering being on a work trip, this hotel was all I needed to relax and distress a bit. I would definitely advise you to stay at this hotel! Moreover, it is very convenient and close to the city centre! The best ever experience!

Breakfast buffet offered a wide range of hot & cold food to suit all tastes, plentiful & fresh. Nice bright restaurant although a pity it was not yet open for evening meals, due to open October 2026. Welcoming, helpful & attentive staff in the bar, especially Gonzalo, breakfast = Filipia & all reception staff who assisted with all enquiries. Our room & facilities were excellent, very comfortable with great attention to detail which was much appreciated. Good location for access to Porto's many attractions & range of transport offered to view the sights. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Hezký design hotelu, nové vybavení, fitness, milý personál
Očekávala jsem vyjímečné snídaně, za mě byly naopak spíše nižší průměr, zelenina pouze pár rajčat, oschlé okurky a řepa, obecně výběr byl malý, servis musíte doslova chytat abyste si mohli objednat vejce nebo kávu nechodí se prát sami, úklid pokojů jsem nikde nezažila horší, nedoplňují vodu, čaj, kapesníky, na podlaze i po “úklidu” byla spousta vlasů.
