Great location nearthe Rhine in Kleinbasel. Apartment was very light and airy with all modern facilities including a balcony with table for 8 at the rear.
Shame about the extensive roadworks/building in our street and indeed in the whole city, but not the fault of the property owners! It was a bit difficult communicating with the agency running the letting about an earlier access to the property on Day 1, phone number seemed to be a robot service only. However, I was eventually able to communicate by a series of emails with real people at the agency and sort this out and this worked fine! Registering guests online for the ‚Basel Card‘ was tricky as the software did not seem to work correctly, took me 5 attempts!

La localisation, la propreté et l'équipement.
Contact très difficile avec le loueur et impossible par téléphone, de surcroît les quelques échanges tout en allemand...peu d'explication pour branchement wifi . 1 seule clé pour 4 personnes. 1 seul WC dans la SDB alors que l'appartement est annoncé pour 8 couchages...Annoncé pour 3 chambres mais en réalité il n'y a que 2 chambres réelles dont une commandée par la première. Ce serait bien mieux de décrire la vérité objectivement...
Travaux dans la rue depuis longtemps et encore pour longtemps... Cela aurait pu être précisé

Schoon, airco stond aan toen we aankwamen. Lekker verwelkomd door koelte. Eigenaar was uitstekend te bereiken en erg vriendelijk. Zeer behulpzaam. Prachtig appartement op een mooie plek en van alle gemakken voorzien. Echt geweldig!

Très bel appartement, bien situé géographiquement
C'est dommage que certaines chambres ne soient pas accessible directement, que les wc ne soient pas séparés quand nous sommes 6.
Un petit point d'amélioration : ajouter des portes manteaux dans la salle de bain et un petit meuble pour poser ses affaires
