- Daily cleaning is not included in the rental rate.

- Cleaning services and linen/towel changes are available for an additional fee. Please request them at least 24 hours in advance, subject to staff availability.

- Please take care of linens and towels and avoid using them for floor cleaning or makeup removal to prevent additional charges.

- Travel crib available for USD 15 per stay, including mattress, linens and blanket. Advance request and confirmation are required.

- For stays of 28 nights or longer, electricity consumption is billed separately.

- For stays longer than 7 nights, a mandatory weekly linen and towel change applies at an additional cost.
