The Space:

Enjoy an elegant and comfortable retreat designed for both relaxation and convenience. The apartment features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, three TVs, two coded safes, and high-speed WiFi.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, automatic dishwasher, oven, four burners, toaster, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and all the essentials for preparing meals during your stay.

A complimentary starter kit is provided upon arrival, including toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, and shampoo. These items are not restocked during your stay; if you need more, you’ll need to purchase them locally.

Linen and towel changes, as well as full cleaning services, are available for an additional fee. Daily cleaning is not included and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

Please take good care of the linens and towels. Do not use them to clean floors or remove makeup, as this may result in additional charges.



Guest Access:

Upon arrival, guests must register at reception and present a valid ID. Building access is secured through a biometric system using fingerprint or facial recognition. Guests must complete this registration during check-in to access the building throughout their stay.

By making a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to this security procedure. No refunds will be issued if a guest declines to complete the required registration.



The Neighborhood:

Located just 150 meters from the vibrant 5th Avenue, this residence places you near Playa del Carmen’s best beaches, restaurants, cafés, bars, boutiques, supermarkets, and nightlife.

You’ll also be close to the ferry terminal for trips to Cozumel, Parque Fundadores, the Frida Kahlo Museum, and many other popular attractions. After a day of exploring, return to a peaceful and sophisticated setting where you can relax in comfort.



Getting Around:

Most essentials are within walking distance. Taxis and rideshares are readily available along 5th Avenue, and the ADO bus station is only a few blocks away, offering convenient transportation to Cancun, Tulum, and the airport.

BiciPlaya bike-share stations are nearby, and guests arriving by car may use the included parking space, subject to availability.



Other Things to Note:

- Travel crib/cot available for $15 USD per stay, including mattress, sheets, and blanket. Limited availability; advance request and confirmation required.

- Complimentary starter kit provided upon arrival with toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, and shampoo. These items are not restocked.

- Salt, oil, and pepper may be available upon request. Please request them before 5:00 PM.
