BRAND NEW in 2026: POOL with HEATER & CHILLER (for those hot summers!) + PRIMARY BEDROOM WITH 1 KING BED.
Welcome to the perfect Florida getaway for boaters, fishermen, and families! Located on a deep-water canal with quick access to Lemon Bay and the Gulf, it is the perfect spot for guests who want to bring their own boat or rent one locally. Spend the day cruising the intercoastal, fishing the backwaters, or heading out to the Gulf for tarpon, snapper, and grouper. Whether you're seeking beaches, world-class fishing, golf, or unforgettable sunsets, this property puts you close to everything! Our pool is scheduled to start construction in July 2026!
Your home away from home features three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms designed for comfort and relaxation.
Sleeping Arrangements:
- Primary Bedroom: 1 King bed (smart TV) (Added in 2026)
- Bedroom 2: 1 King bed (smart TV)
- Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed (smart TV)
- Living Room: Full-sized pull-out sofa
Indoor Living:
- 65-inch smart TV for you to sign into any of your streaming services.
- Updated kitchen
Outdoor Living:
- 14x34 Pool with heater and chiller - featuring a sunshelf perfect for smaller kids to enjoy the water. (With adult supervision, of course)
- Spacious screened lanai with dining space and a gas grill. We provide a propane tank, but you may need to fill it.
- Canal front with a dock and space for your boat
- Bicycles
- Corn Hole boards and bags
- Beach chairs
- Beach Umbrella
- Beach Toys
- Beach Wagon to cart all of your supplies
Eat-In Kitchen:
- Refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, toaster oven.
- Drip coffee maker
- Full set of cookware, dishware & flatware, knives (6 steak), muffin tin, bakeware, measuring cups, reusable containers, utensils for small children.
- Trash bags, paper towels, Ziploc bags.
- Basic seasonings
Bathrooms:
- Two bathrooms with walk-in shower, backlit mirror, and blow dryer.
General:
- High Speed Internet/wifi
- Central A/C & heating, ceiling fans in living rooms and each bedroom
- Washer, dryer, drying rack, iron, ironing board
- Linens, bath towels, pool towels, make-up wash cloths
Parking:
- Garage (1 vehicle)
- Driveway (2-4 vehicles)
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property via keyless entry.
Other noteworthy items:
- No smoking inside the house; use ashtrays outside
- No parties or events
- While we love your furry friends, we have decided, for the comfort of all guests, that no pets are allowed.

We had a great time here for family vacation! The home was clean, quiet, and comfortable as advertised. Check in was easy and it is just a short jaunt to the wonderful beaches nearby. We enjoyed the bikes, beaches, and numerous dining options nearby.Jason and Lindsey are wonderful hosts and we can’t say enough good things about our stay. We are looking forward to coming back when the pool is ready!!Thanks again for a wonderful vacation!
