Food was close and so were some local sites, all walkable. Value for the money was there and facilities were as expected for the location. Nice showers and friendly staff.
The other travelers were NOT observant of quiet hours. Maybe new travelers, maybe cultural, but when trying to get sleep before an early departure and hearing people talk loudly and walk heavily up and down the walkway ALL NIGHT and EARLY MORNING was not ideal. Also while the rooms were air conditioned, it wasn't all the time. Only during certain hours (including sleeping) but that wasn't mentioned in the description if I recall. Not particularly close to a metro so you'll have to use a bus or better GRAB to the metro. I likely would not stay here again.

Clean responsive staff ( over whatsapp only ) no staff on site available coffee tea and water good location clean space and free towels
No soap Noone on site in case of an emergency which we had with one guest who acted strange and bothered other guests...they also need to put shelves in bathrooms and to lock doors of bedrooms and the main door that should not stay open for safety concerns ....also the hardest bed I have even slept on...why so hard it was quiet uncomfortable pillow wad also super hard had to ask them to find me a softer one to be able to rest

so hot in the daytime, they need personal fans for each bed if ac is off.
mattress so hard, i think it was a piece of wood under the cloth covering.
bad guests, snoring all day and night, talking on the phone loudly early in the morning to have a text message conversation instead of typing the text, throwing trash everywhere, one guy slamming the door extremely loudly every time he enters or exits the room.
locker very small.
when i arrived some foreign loser was sleeping on the floor in the hallway.
common area for eating has too few chairs and tables and is not private enough when considering the kind of guests that are here.
it is true, like that other review said, the cleaner seems to put the toilet trash cans on top of the toilet so they must be moved (and touched) to flush the toilet. where is the common sense here? i suppose it is sufficient for the kind of guests here though... 😆
police need to identify these bad guests and remove them from society.
