- There is room for a seventh person in the bunkbed, but they must weigh less than 100 pounds.
- Complimentary golf cart usage requires a signed waiver for key access
- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras at the front and back of the home, facing the entrances. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
- Guests are responsible for obtaining vehicle passes directly from Ocean Lakes at $15 per day per vehicle. If you submit payment for parking to Ocean Lakes at least 10 days prior to your arrival, you will receive a $3 per day discount (reducing the parking pass fee to $12 per day)
- To ensure a smooth and secure stay for everyone, please be aware that we require all guests fill out a vistor form after booking

The home is very clean and cozy! Having a golf cart is an awesome touch and needed. It is a community where most people get around by cart.
The beach access was perfect. The home is within a 2 min walk and can see the access point from the porch.
It was nice to be able to have a full kitchen to cook, beach chairs and umbrella accessible, beach towles, family games, grill, and nice outdoor sitting area!!!!!
The home is undated and has all your needs.
The community has everything from waterpark, arcade, mini golf, store, restaurant, and activities for the family.
You honestly don't have to leave the community for anything unless you want to.
This made it sooooo relaxing and fun 😁
We will recommend this home to all friends and family 🤗 Thank you
