The staffs are super kind from A to Z. I forgot packing my convertor and HDMI, and was able to rent them while I stayed. The room was more sizable than I thought, it also has better quality than the actual price. The convinient store is very close, and other restaurants and pubs are near around. I'd like to stay there defintely next time for the Nagoya trip.

As the person who isn't able to speak Japanese, it's kind of hard to watch TV and other Information from the monitor. I could ask to the staffs, however, my lazyness is the problem, and I can't blam the hotel system.

It is a very beautiful hotel, great location and good service. The room is large and very clean, it is worth staying at this hotel, I recommend it.

The room is considered spacious in Japan, the room cleaning service is very nicely done as room is cleaned up quite well. The staffs are also very helpful and friendly. The facilities are a bit older, but still works fine. would be better if there is some open space in the room to place and arrange our luggage.

The hotel is a bit difficult to locate, and there is no escalator or elevator to the first floor. But the staff are friendly and helped to carry our luggage to the first floor, so no complaints.

A La Carte breakfast can be purchased at the cafe & is good value. We also chose not to have our sheets & towels changed daily...We were only there for 3 nights.

If you wanted to go around sakae like go to the apple store and eat ichiran ramen this place is for you. Convenient stores are also nearby as well as the parking area.

The hotel should have an option on what breakfast that guests prefer. Because not all foreigners are used to eating Japanese food. Please also check the bedsheet because the one that we used has a blood stain on it. We just discovered it in the morning since we did not stay for too long at hotel when we arrived because we went to Nagashima. Then we were back at the hotel late in the evening.

Have stayed at this hotel before & knew the area, parking situation etc so stayed again. The hotel is back from the 'party area' although the hotel shares its lobby with a dance studio the kids there all packed up & moved to a nearby carpark quite early. this city is an interesting place & get the vibe its a real party town as saw plenty of young folks darting around & queuing up at various night life areas. The hotel hasn't changed since our last stay you park the car in a stacker unit at the front ground level then use the one way esclator to go up stairs to go down. The staff were polite & there was a no contact check out facility machine on the way out. Rooms are a bit smaller but are clean & comfortable.

No fridge in the hotel room

The front desk did not allow us to meet our friends in the room and asked us to finish the food we brought in the lobby. I don't understand...this is the first hotel I've seen that doesn't allow visitors in the room, and despite our repeated assurances that our friend would not stay in the room, the front desk staff argued with us vigorously until midnight before reluctantly allowing our friend into the room for a while. This was one of the worst check-in experiences I've had, and if you plan to meet your friend in the hotel, only the lobby is allowed.
