Lokalizacja super, blisko ryneczek, tramwaje.

Trochę brudnawo w łazience.Cienkie ściany. Słychać odgłosy z innych pokoi. Dla ludzi sprawnych fizycznie: lokal na 4 piętrze. Brak windy, drewniane schody. Ale mi to nie przeszkadzało.

Квартира на 4 этаже с деревянной лестницей, без лифта. Как эконом вариант можно рассмотреть на ночь, но не больше. У меня была комната номер 5 с общим душем, кухней и туалетом. Чистота постельного белья сомнительная, я увидела в своей кровати белую шерсть и волосы. На кухне в целом было чисто, есть необходимая посуда, холодильники, чайник. Обратите внимание, что нет фена, а полотенца заказывать заранее и за дополнительную плату. Туалетная бумага была, горячая вода тоже. Кровать и подушка мне подошли. Район в меру тихий, шум не мешал спать.

Советую купить и оставить в общее пользование хоть какой-то фен. Так же проверяйте была ли замена постельного белья.
